Prior to real estate, David spent almost a decade with one of the world's leading advertising agencies, TBWA\Chiat\Day. During his tenure, David facilitated his company's win of just under $2 billion in new business victories in the United States and around the world. As Marketing Director, he primarily spearheaded business development for the agency, and is accomplished in the art of the sale. Using his creative flair, concrete negotiation skills and global business savvy, he structures his deals with an emotional concern for the well-being of his clients and understanding of their unique needs.
